Job summary

IAMGOLD Corporation is seeking a Culinary practitioner, Exploration for the Cote Gold Mine Site. The role is a 12‑month contract working in the camp kitchen to plan and prepare healthy, high-quality meals while upholding safety standards.

You will collaborate with the Chef and shifts to deliver lunch, dinner and breakfast items, managing menu execution, inventory and cleanliness in a fast-paced camp environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-shift teams and work with the team respectfully.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare all meals on site for residents.
• Lead food preparation and ensure high quality, safety and presentation.
• Coordinate menu planning, inventory management and cost control.
• Deliver lunch and dinner, and ensure breakfast items are ready for the following morning.
