  • Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting, volume forecasting, and scorecard updates.
  • Schedule and confirm pick-up and delivery appointments.
  • Conduct data entry with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update customer portals to reflect current and accurate information.
  • Respond proactively to customer needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams, customers, and stakeholders to optimize equipment and freight movement. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring accurate reporting, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Location: Dartmouth, NS
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Proficiencies:
  • Familiarity with the TruckMate System is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create detailed reports in Word and Excel.
  • Strong typing and general computer skills.
