Job summary

Sardine is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own crypto-native new business across exchanges, wallets, custodians, and layer-1/2 ecosystems. You will lead pipeline at conferences and manage multi-month, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a remote-first, global team.

Expect to travel to crypto conferences and client sites; leverage regulatory dynamics like MiCA and other acts to accelerate deals, while collaborating with the GM and SEs on scoping and pricing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 to 3 years selling into crypto-native companies.
• Network at compliance, risk, and product leadership in crypto exchanges, custodians, wallets, or stablecoin platforms.
• Ability to engage Chief Compliance Officers or VP of Risk without SE support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across crypto-native account segments; conference presence is a primary channel.
• Run multi-threaded discovery sessions with compliance, risk, legal, and technical buyers.
• Position Sardine as a full-stack compliance and onboarding orchestration platform; discuss AML/TM, KYC/KYB, sanctions, and device intelligence.
