Job summary

Worky is seeking a Solution Architect & Tech Lead for Dynamics 365 CE to own and evolve our Revenue Technology platform. You will lead architectural decisions, guide integrations, and drive a scalable ecosystem as we launch new Dynamics components in 2026.

You will mentor developers, shape engineering practices, and collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Payments teams to deliver robust, configurable solutions and AI-enabled development workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience, including Sales and Customer Service.
• Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or senior Dynamics technical owner.
• Strong experience designing API-based integrations and enterprise architectures.
• Mentoring software developers and leading engineering best practices.
• Interest in expanding into enterprise SaaS architecture and AI-assisted development.

We're looking for a Solution Architect & Tech Lead, Dynamics 365 CE to become the long-term technical owner of our highly customized Revenue Technology platform, centralized around Dynamics 365 CE.

With the launch of our new Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights - Journeys scheduled for August 2026, you'll assume technical ownership from our implementation partner and lead the evolution of our highly customized Dynamics ecosystem. You'll inherit a Phase 1 Dynamics 365 CE implementation with significant customizations and will be responsible for evolving its architecture, expanding its capabilities, and enhancing both the platform and its custom code while ensuring long-term scalability, maintainability, and supportability. While Dynamics 365 CE is the core platform, you'll also provide technical leadership across the applications and integrations that support it.

This is a hands-on role (approximately 75% architecture and development, 25% technical leadership) ideal for an experienced Dynamics architect who wants to expand into enterprise SaaS architecture, AI-assisted development, and modern integration technologies.

Job description

• Own the technical architecture and evolution of our Dynamics 365 CE platform and supporting application ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to Revenue Technology leadership on architecture, integrations, and technology decisions.
• Design scalable solutions that simplify our technology landscape by favouring configurable, buy-over-build approaches wherever practical.
• Lead architecture across a complex ecosystem of CCaaS platforms, AI-powered customer technologies, data platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Stay hands-on by designing solutions, conducting ongoing code reviews to maintain quality, consistency, and engineering best practices, and solving complex technical challenges.
• Mentor a team of experienced developers and establish engineering best practices.
• Clearly communicate complex technical solutions, problems, and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Revenue Systems, Product, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate prospective SaaS platforms and advise on architecture, integration effort, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Maintain documentation of the technical architecture, integration designs, and key architectural decisions for Dynamics 365 CE and its supporting ecosystem, keeping it current as the platform evolves.
• Help define our AI-assisted software development strategy and drive adoption of modern engineering practices that improve productivity and software quality.

Job Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience, including Sales and Customer Service (Customer Insights - Journeys is a strong asset).
• Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or senior Dynamics technical owner.
• Deep technical proficiency within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse ecosystem, including custom plugin development (C#/.NET), JavaScript, PowerApps Component Framework (PCF), and Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension patterns.
• Strong experience designing enterprise application architectures and API-based integrations.
• Strong understanding of application and data architecture best practices.
• Experience mentoring software developers.
• Experience working across complex SaaS ecosystems with multiple integrated business platforms.
• A passion for simplifying technology, embracing AI, and continuously learning.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Dynamics with CCaaS platforms such as Twilio, Five9, or similar solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services or Azure Functions.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies.
