Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Microsoft tech stack and SQL Server expertise.
• Experience leading developers and engineering initiatives.
• Track record delivering business-critical software.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of a critical platform, including services, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Lead architectural decisions and mentor developers across distributed teams.
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and performance.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and production support.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Operations, and Infrastructure.
