The CRM Marketing Technical Consultant, part of the Experience and Commerce consulting team, which is currently expanding provides consulting services and delivers mandates.
The role involves supporting and leading projects that leverage various Martech platforms across multiple business verticals, including B2C, B2B, and B2B2C. The focus is on translating business requirements into actionable solutions and ensuring the successful activation of Martech tools.
The role requires the ability to connect marketing strategies with technological implementation. It involves direct interaction with clients to help them maximize the value of their Martech investments and support the delivery of innovative customer experiences.
Although the role operates within a collaborative team environment, it also requires a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive projects forward independently.
