We are seeking passionate and creative Tech Leads to strengthen our established Microsoft practice in Quebec. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects and support clients in their digital transformation journey.

Your future duties and responsibilities

As a Tech Lead Dynamics 365 CRM, you will:

  1. Lead and innovate: Design customized solutions using Dynamics CRM/365, integrating technologies such as C#, .NET, Azure, and Angular.
  2. Guide and collaborate: Lead agile teams, promote engagement in DevOps, and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions with technical experts.
  3. Evolve and inspire: Contribute to data migrations, enhance processes, develop advanced functionalities, and share knowledge internally.
  4. Develop talent: Participate in upskilling teams and expanding our Dynamics 365 CRM practice.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in C#.NET development.
  • Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  • Location: Reside in Quebec.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in French and English.

Assets include Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220) and Power Platform certifications.
