What your current role should be like?

  • Collaborating with the marketing and analytics teams to manage customer campaigns, retention strategies, and user engagement programs
  • Utilizing CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to implement and track performance for all CRM-related initiatives
  • Managing customer data to generate actionable insights, improve targeting, and enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Executing personalized in-app user journey, email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaigns to improve customer retention and loyalty
  • Supporting cross-functional teams with data and reports to optimize business decisions


What will you do?

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to boost customer retention and engagement rates
  • Analyze CRM campaign performance to optimize and scale efforts for maximum ROI
  • Partner with the product and analytics teams to integrate user insights into customer communication strategies
  • Act as the point of contact for CRM-related queries, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns
  • Maintain and improve the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations
