Job Description

The Program Manager - CRM is responsible for the end-to-end project management of a core clients CRM programs. Critical knowledge of the creative and production process within CRM and Advertising space as well as ability to oversee client communication/collaboration and a team of 2-3 project managers to execute the plan. Our clients hire us for our creative excellence, strategic smarts and flawless execution.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will deliver in all these areas.

  • Analyze and understand clients’ business and program goals and objectives
  • Identify project deliverables and manage all aspects of the project including a) planning, estimation and scoping, b) schedule, c) risks, and d) resources
  • Develop and maintain client facing planning decks, Statements of Works and change requests and overall CRM program status
  • Participate in production planning and optimization
  • Lead senior stakeholder management across client CRM and marketing teams
  • Key point of contact for the client CRM and other stakeholders, ensuring needs are addressed, planning and emails developed with the highest standard of quality
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of agency account management and project management or product owner/lead experience
  • Experience in healthcare/pharma advertising industry
  • Experience in a production agency environment
  • Excellent planner, organizer, and communicator
  • Production escalations point of contact
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and strong relationship building skills in order to navigate complex and diverse project needs
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, able to problem-solve autonomously within uncertain project environments
  • Discipline to meet their commitments and ensure team members meet theirs
  • Demonstrate positive, mature and professional behavior with a “can-do” attitude
  • Technical Requirements in collaboration with internal technical stakeholders
  • Strong experience with technical project estimation and managing CRM programs or migrations
  • Experience with the production of platform-based solutions
  • Strong familiarity with key web technologies and trends including design solutions
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
