Job summary

Fortify Services is seeking a skilled CRM Integrator/Developer to connect our marketing, sales, dispatch and customer-service teams across Ontario. You will build reliable integrations, automate workflows, and help manage customer inquiries and service appointments more efficiently.

Responsibilities include configuring the CRM, connecting forms and phone systems, building automated workflows, and developing APIs and dashboards to drive operational visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and maintaining CRM platforms.
• Proficient with API integrations, webhooks and workflow automation.
• Strong debugging and data quality skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with dispatch or field-service systems is a plus.
