Job Summary
Join Meridian’s dynamic Programming & Development team as a CRM Software Developer, where you’ll contribute to the design, development and integration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that drive business success, collaborating cross‑functional teams and mentoring other developers.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical design, coding, and testing for CRM applications and integrations.
- Work with a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
- Analyze requirements and architect scalable, secure solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET, and Azure.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and in‑house applications to enhance CRM functionality.
- Integrate CRM with external systems via APIs and Azure services.
- Manage solution lifecycle across development, test, and production environments using CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications, driving continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients and partners to align technology with business goals.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, C#, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
- Proven experience with enterprise systems integration, configuration management, and build processes.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (ADLC, COBIT) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to prioritize, adapt to changing needs, and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Member‑focused mindset, integrity, and a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on‑call as required.
- Comfort learning and adopting new digital tools, with an openness to using AI‑enabled technology to enhance productivity, accuracy, and the Member experience.

Salary Range: $79,100.00 to $118,700.00 CAD
