Job summary

GE HealthCare Canada is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist – XR & Surgery to drive and execute clinical education programs while building strong relationships with hospital accounts.

You will coordinate and deliver objective-based training, demonstrate product features, and produce post-training reports. Travel nationwide and to the US is required; CAMRT/OTIMRS certification and radiography experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Active clinical/technical certification (CAMRT or OTIMRS).
• Current clinical radiography experience in hospital/clinic setting.
• Willingness to travel extensively including overnights, some weekends, nationally and to the US.
• English communication; bilingual French an asset.
• Experience in clinical applications or instruction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and deliver objective-based system training and education for customer accounts across extended engagements.
• Execute training via skill checklists and assessments and document outcomes; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Produce post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
• Advance new product features and imaging techniques; collaborate with customers on training plans.
• Serve as focal point for modality/team; address satisfaction issues and training requests.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize protocols and support clinical education.
