Job summary

Dialogue Technologies Inc. is seeking a Critical Incident Specialist to coordinate rapid responses to critical incidents affecting employees.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide interventions and support to organizations and individuals, ensuring proper documentation and collaboration with management and HR. The role requires a health sciences background, trauma-informed knowledge, and availability for evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• University degree in a health sciences field.
• Knowledge of psychological first aid and trauma response.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks.
• Comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze organizational needs for critical incident service.
• Coordinate interventions for eligible organizations in Dialogue's Employee Assistance Program.
• Provide interventions to affected employees according to needs and situations.
• Advise and support organizations by collaborating with HR to return to normal after incidents.
• Maintain rigorous records and invoicing, including notes and emails.
• Contribute to service improvements and participate in recruiting external providers.
