Job summary

Dialogue, Canada's leading virtual care provider, seeks a Trauma Intervention Responder to deploy during critical incidents and support employees. This on-call role requires residency in Canada and close coordination with the Trauma Coordinator.

Join our multidisciplinary team to apply trauma-informed care, crisis management, and collaborative communication during day-to-day and emergency interventions. You will help families and colleagues navigate challenging moments with professionalism.

Qualifications

• University degree in psychology, social work, criminology, or related field.
• Current license to practice issued by a professional association.
• Liability insurance coverage.
• Strong knowledge of psychological care in trauma contexts and crisis management.
• Very punctual and flexible schedule; day-time weekday interventions.
• Access to a vehicle for transportation.
• Experience in group intervention.

• Intervene in crisis and post-traumatic situations.
• Intervene easily with employees and managers.
• Share a clinical summary of the interventions performed.

What you'd be doing

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• University degree in a field related to the helping relationship (e.g., psychology, social work, criminology, etc.)
• A license to practice issued by a professional association
• Liability insurance
• Very good knowledge of psychological care in a trauma context and experience in crisis and emergency management
• You are very punctual and flexible in your schedule. Most of our interventions are during the day and during the work week.
• You have access to a vehicle for transportation
• You have expertise in group intervention
