• Underwriter with proven credit risk assessment experience.
• Strong financial statement analysis and interpretation skills.
• Ability to analyse bank data and open banking feeds.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite deals ranging from small to large credit risk.
• Analyse financial statements, bank data, and open banking to assess creditworthiness.
• Apply credit policies accurately and flag exceptions for review.
• Support offer structuring balancing speed, risk and value.
• Collaborate with sales, ops and credit to move deals fast.
• Escalate edge cases to senior underwriters or leadership.
• Maintain underwriting documentation and CRM records.
• Contribute feedback to refine credit policy over time.
