Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor of shipping, packaging, and industrial materials, is seeking a Credit Supervisor in Milton, Ontario. You will lead a team of Credit Analysts, provide onboarding and training, and drive performance through coaching and collaboration with Collections and Sales to resolve credit issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3+ years in a Credit or Collections leadership position; B2B call-centre experience preferred.
• Credit designation (CCP) is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Credit Analysts with onboarding and training.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Collections and Sales to resolve credit issues and review orders.
