Job summary

Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Bilingual (French) Accounts Receivable Specialist at our Milton, ON location. You will manage customer accounts, resolve past-due balances and collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

Responsibilities emphasize building relationships by phone and email, maintaining files, and identifying payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/French required, fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
