Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Distribution Director for our Milton, Ontario facility overseeing a 1,000,000 sq ft operation with 43,000+ products. You will direct day-to-day warehouse activities, lead a team of 300+ employees, and ensure high accuracy, safety and exceptional service across inbound, outbound, and support functions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of hands-on management in large distribution centers, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on management experience in 500,000+ square-foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping.
