Job summary

Uline in Milton, ON is seeking a Credit Supervisor to lead a team of Credit Analysts and support our North American operations.

You will oversee onboarding, coaching, and collaboration with Collections and Sales to resolve credit issues while performing in-depth financial analysis to guide decisions.

This on-site leadership role demands strong communication, finance background and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Credit or Collections leadership position; call-centre or queue driven B2B experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.
