Job summary

easyfinancial, a goeasy subsidiary, is hiring a Financial Service Representative to welcome customers in person, over the phone, and by email, building strong relationships and guiding them to suitable financial products. You will educate customers to improve credit, handle cross-sales, and manage past-due accounts, while passing background checks and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong people and results orientation.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and phone-based interactions.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.

• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada full-time.
