Job summary

Master in Vaughan, Canada, is hiring a Credit & Collection Agent to safeguard cash flow for a leading HVAC-R distributor. You will analyze credit, approve exceptions, manage receivables, reconcile accounts and support orders for inventory-ready items.

You will generate credit reports, resolve escalated cases, and communicate with sales teams and customers with empathy and professionalism. The role offers a hybrid work policy and a base salary opportunity in the 65k–70k CAD range.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Diploma or College degree in business, accounting, or office admin.
• 5 years of experience in a similar credit and collections role in a commercial environment or as a financial analyst.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software is a strong asset.
• Detail-oriented mindset with tactful communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and collect receivables for the assigned territory.
• Approve credit-limit exceptions using sound analysis and business judgment.
• Release orders for inventory-ready items.
• Reconcile customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate and interpret credit reports to guide business decisions.

Compensation Information

• Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
• Supplemental Pay Types: Annual bonus

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
