Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing comprehensive client credit analysis for assigned portfolios to assess financial health and credit risk.
  • Apply lending expertise to various stages of the lending process, including underwriting, funding, and monitoring.
  • Make credit decisions or advise relationship managers in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Support strategic initiatives, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate database management and ensure data governance standards.
  • Lead or participate in change management and communication plans.
  • Develop operational programs, deliver timely service, and maintain confidentiality and security standards.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, analyze lending applications, and develop risk profiles.
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of business banking products, lending, credit policies, and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Salary: $54,500.00 - $101,500.00

Employment Type: Salaried, full-time.
