Job summary

Creator.co, based in Vancouver, is seeking a strategy‑driven SaaS product marketing professional to support influencer marketing growth. You will answer creator support tickets, keep our CRM and community platform running, and help creators get started and stay active.

This role offers hands-on learning in a fast-growing creator platform, with guidance from the Community Manager and room to grow as you take on more responsibility. Flexibility and AI-forward thinking are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer support, customer success, community, or similar role.
• Experience with Zendesk or a similar helpdesk platform.
• Clear, friendly, and professional written English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with ownership from issue to resolution.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Confidence representing Creator.co on social media and creating short-form content.

Responsibilities

• Manage creator support tickets from first reply to resolution.
• Onboard and update creators, ensuring they can participate effectively.
• Build an engaged creator community through updates and conversations.
• Represent Creator.co across community and social channels with content ideas.
• Keep CRM data accurate and track actions in creator programs.
• Prepare data for monthly performance reporting.
• Identify ways to improve support workflows.
• Maintain SOPs and process docs as workflows evolve.
• Share feedback and test new features with product teams.
