Job summary

Creator is seeking a highly motivated Support & Community Coordinator in Vancouver. You will handle creator support tickets, help onboarding, and grow an engaged creator community. You will also assist with content for social channels and help test new features in a fast-growing platform.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem-solving, and thoughtful use of AI to streamline tasks. Flexible hybrid work and room to grow with the team are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer support, customer success, community, or related role.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar helpdesk platform.
• Clear, friendly, and professional written English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) to improve workflows.
• Confidence representing Creator.co on social media and creating short-form posts.

Responsibilities

• Manage creator support tickets from first reply to resolution.
• Onboard and assist creators with programs and ongoing questions.
• Foster an engaged creator community through updates and conversations.
• Represent Creator.co across community and social channels with content ideas.
• Keep CRM and program data accurate and up to date.
• Prepare data for monthly performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve support workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and process documentation.
• Contribute to testing new Creator Space features as they release.
• Support other team priorities as needed.
