Job summary

MAV Beauty in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking a Creator Community Assistant Manager to lead long-term creator ecosystems across its brands. You will manage onboarding, activation, retention and advocacy, collaborating with earned media, PR, social and eCommerce teams to drive durable brand assets.

You will directly influence creator engagement, identify high-potential partners, and scale affiliate opportunities as programs grow, with hands-on operations supporting seeding, gifting and events.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in community management, influencer relations, creator partnerships, or social support (beauty or lifestyle preferred).
• Experience running creator seeding programs and managing creators at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage brand-specific creator communities as long-term ecosystems, not campaign lists.
• Build a tiered community structure with engagement cadence and benefits for each tier.
• Lead creator onboarding with brand and product education, content expectations, tagging and disclosure.
• Drive repeat engagement through always-on touchpoints and exclusive experiences.
• Monitor creator health and re-engagement for lapsed creators.
• Identify high-potential creators and graduate them into ambassador or affiliate opportunities.
• Source and vet new creators across platforms, prioritizing brand fit and content quality.
• Screen creators for brand safety and audience authenticity.
• Build a diverse pipeline across Canada and the US.
• Plan and execute seeding calendars aligned to launches and moments.
• Physically manage product for creator programs: packing, shipping, inventory.
