Job summary

Cineplex Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Creative Services team on an 18-month contract. You will manage end-to-end lifecycles of campaigns, coordinating with Designers, Copywriters, Video Producers, and freelance talent to deliver on time.

Based in Toronto, this hybrid role requires 3 days in the office weekly, with a focus on turning briefs into actionable timelines and clear stakeholder updates. Strong collaboration and communication are essential to drive great work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating creative projects in an agency, studio, or in-house.
• 1+ years hands-on project management experience with timelines, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• College or university diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Mac-based environment and working knowledge of macOS; proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of small to medium-sized creative projects from brief to final delivery.
• Lead project kick-off meetings aligning team on objectives, deliverables, timelines, and next steps.
• Coordinate workflow with Designers, Copywriters, Video Producers, Web Developers, and freelancers to keep projects moving.
• Build strong cross-team relationships, provide regular updates, and ensure clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver final assets and maintain organized project files and archives for future reference.
