Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP in Toronto is seeking a Project Coordinator for an 18-month contract to support the Creative Services team, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns and experiences.

Reporting to the Senior Creative Manager, you will collaborate across departments, build timelines, balance priorities, and ensure resources and information are available to deliver on time. This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week at 1303 Yonge St.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience coordinating creative projects in agency, studio, or in-house.
• 1+ years hands-on project management experience managing timelines, priorities, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• College/university diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• Mac-based environment familiarity and macOS knowledge.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools; Wrike or similar PM platforms is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of small to medium-sized creative projects from brief to final delivery across brand marketing, social and digital content, food & beverage promotions, video production, email marketing, and more.
• Be the first contact for new creative requests, review briefs and plans, define requirements, and build timelines.
• Lead project kick-off meetings aligning objectives, deliverables, timelines, and next steps for the team.
• Collaborate with Designers, Copywriters, Video Producers, Web Developers, and freelancers to coordinate workflow and remove roadblocks.
• Maintain regular updates and organized project files and archives for future reference.
