Job summary

Cineplex is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Creative Services team on an 18 month contract in a hybrid Toronto setting. This role blends project management with creative process to guide concepts from brief to delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Creative Manager, you’ll coordinate timelines, briefs, and resources across designers, copywriters, video producers, and freelancers to ensure campaigns are on time and on brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting and coordinating creative projects in an agency, studio, or in-house team.
• 1+ years of hands-on project management experience with timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• College/university diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in a Mac-based environment and macOS familiarity.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Wrike or other PM tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of small to medium-sized creative projects from brief to final delivery across campaigns and content types.
• Be the first point of contact for new requests, review briefs, define requirements, and set realistic timelines.
• Lead project kick-off meetings aligning team on objectives, deliverables, timelines, and next steps.
• Partner with Designers, Copywriters, Video Producers, Web Developers, and freelancers to coordinate workflow and remove roadblocks.
• Build relationships with Project Managers and stakeholders, providing regular updates and clear communication.
• Deliver final assets and maintain organized project files and archives for future reference.
