Job summary

Sun Life Financial is offering a 4-month co-op opportunity in Corporate Real Estate Technology. The role focuses on AutoCAD maintenance, IWMS data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Remote, hybrid, or in-person work within the province is available, with potential GTA/Waterloo travel. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is required, along with project tracking and willingness to learn new tools.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD and Word.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to manage and track projects to meet milestones and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AutoCAD drawings and IWMS databases to reflect workspace changes.
• Prepare build files for transfer from CAFM to Sun Life’s workstation booking system.
• Create PDF plans and AutoCAD files to support client requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in ideation sessions.
• Develop and deploy manuals, help documents and operating procedures for quality and consistency.
• Prepare custom Excel reports for clients using existing reports and databases.
