Fed Finance in Saint-Lambert is seeking an Accounting Manager for an insurance company. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, prepare consolidated statements, and liaise with external auditors.

You will mentor a large team, ensure internal controls, drive process improvements, participate in automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance projects. CPA required; bilingual in French and English; experience in a large corporation or accounting

• CPA certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a large team of accounting professionals.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes.
• Participate in automation and standardization of procedures to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial and corporate projects.
