Fed Finance, located in the Laurentians, seeks a CPA Financial Analyst to support finance and operations analysis. The role covers monthly close activities, performance monitoring, and reporting for senior management.

Requirements include a CPA designation, 3+ years in finance or manufacturing accounting, and fluency in French and English. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query, plus ERP experience, are essential. Hybrid work model with a salary of CAD 110,000–130,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• CPA designation held or in the process of being obtained.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and Power Query.
• Knowledge of an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Assist finance teams in monitoring performance of service and distribution operations, including sales, margins, and metrics.
• Participate in monthly close activities, including reconciliations and provisions tracking.
• Produce and analyze management reports for senior management and committees.
• Monitor operational performance, headcount, improvement projects, and key metrics.
• Develop and automate financial and operational analysis tools using data management and visualization solutions.
• Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes to increase information quality.
