This posting is for one unionized contractual course-by-course appointment to teach one course as a Course Lecturer. Course lecturer positions are governed by the Collective Agreement between McGill University and McGill Course Lecturers and Instructors Union (MCLIU)-CSN. Course Credits: 3 Number of positions available: 1 This course is not Team taught.

Course Title

Course Number-Section and Title (CRN): EDPC 504-001/752 Communication and Critical Conflict Resolution (CRNs: 2382/2383)

Course Description

Applying a social justice framework this course will give students the opportunity to develop the critical communication skills necessary when addressing difficult dialogues and conflict.

  • Experience teaching educators
  • Autre / Other Adherence to evolving program requirements concerning course content and program-developed competencies; course content and references must reflect the most current advances in the field.

Effective dates of appointment are December 21, 2026 to April 23, 2027. Course dates are from January 5, 2027 to April 14, 2027. This course will be offered in-person on campus at McGill.
