Choice Electrical Supply in Winnipeg is seeking a customer‑oriented team member for a regular full‑time retail role serving a known customer base with high‑quality products.

You will greet customers, find requested items, process payments, answer questions, suggest complementary products, handle phone inquiries, keep the counter tidy, and support warehouse or sales staff while developing product knowledge for a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Energetic, service-oriented person with a knack for finding solutions that satisfy customers.
• Efficient and organized; enjoys physical work and connecting with people.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• When customers come to the counter, greet them in a friendly manner, go find the desired products and process the payment.
• Answer a wide range of questions, suggest complementary or alternative products as needed.
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them if necessary.
• Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience, as well as to provide effective marketing.
• Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
• Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.
