Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a Counter Sales Associate based in Markham, ON. You will directly service customers via phone and email, process orders, inquiries and quotations, and ensure a high level of customer service.

You will confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives, while following up on quotations and assisting with ecommerce inquiries. The ideal candidate has at least two years of counter sales experience in the electrical industry, strong communication, multitasking, and time

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of Counter sales service experience in electrical industry.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• AS400 experience would be an asset
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage.
• Team Player.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business would be an asset
