Job summary

Rexel Canada, including the Westburne banner, is seeking an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate in Strathroy, ON. You will build relationships with customers, handle product inquiries, and process orders while supporting the branch and field teams.

You should have 1–2 years of inside sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. AS400 experience is a plus and is valued by the team.

What You Will Do With Us

As theInside Sales/Counter Sales Associatebased inStrathroy, ON, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintain the customer database and receive & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

Who Are You

• You have 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
• You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to impart knowledge.
• You have experience using AS400 (an asset.)

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is approximately CAD 50000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
