Job summary

Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. in Brockville, Ontario, is seeking a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to load and unload shipments, prepare and stack skids, sort freight and verify goods received, along with other duties.

You will directly service customers by phone and at the counter, maintain a high level of customer service, and participate in cycle counts and inventory. Prior warehouse and counter sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and counter sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal & written.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business.
• Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Putting away counter and warehouse stock.
• Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required.
• Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives.
• Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices.

As the Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate based in Brockville, ON you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, preparing and stacking skids, sorting freight and verifying goods received along with other duties as assigned.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 40000 – 55000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
