Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. in Vaughan is seeking a Counter/Inside Sales Representative to handle the order process, price terms, and sourcing additional products. You will provide product knowledge to customers and expedite orders.

You will service customers by phone and counter, maintain showroom and shelves, confirm stock, suggest alternatives and manage shipping duties as needed. 3+ years in electrical industry preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential.
• Good organizational skills.
• Computer literacy – proficient with Microsoft Office and AS400.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry.

TheCounter/ Inside Sales Representativebased in Vaughanis responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.
