Role Overview

As a Counter Sales Associate, you will deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, communicating effectively, and offering suitable solutions. The role involves sales duties and warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Provide prompt and friendly service at the counter, over the phone, and via email. Assess customer needs and offer assistance and solutions.
2. Process orders efficiently, handle returns and paperwork, and source out-of-stock items.
3. Assist with order picking, packing, restocking, and inventory management.
4. Support warehouse activities to maintain safety and cleanliness. Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering items as needed.
5. Collaborate with team members to resolve order-related issues and support junior staff.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of customer-facing experience in the industry. A clean police record is required.
• Knowledge of plumbing and hydronics, with a track record of excellent customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to explain technical details clearly; proficient with computer applications.
• Independent, proactive, responsible, and flexible with work hours.
