Rexel Canada – Atlantic Division, a leader in energy solutions & electrical distribution, seeks a Counter/Inside Sales Associate in Fredericton. You will assist customers with product inquiries, manage orders, and maintain the customer database to support field sales and project teams.

Rexel Canada – Atlantic Division, a leader in the energy solutions & electrical distribution industry, is looking for a Counter/Inside Sales Associate located in our Fredericton branch.

What You Will Do With Us

As the Counter/Inside Sales Associate, you will build relationships with customers by assisting with any product inquiries, maintain the customer database and receive & process orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

• Provide sales support, assist customers with any inquiries in-person, via phone and at the counter.
• Make a personal impact and consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Act as a brand ambassador by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences, ensuring that corporate image is reflected.
• Maintain organization and proactively provide up-to-date status notifications on orders, following policies and procedures for order processing.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge of the electrical business or an understanding of basic electricity is an asset.
• 1–2 years of prior inside or counter sales experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to impart knowledge.
• Self‑motivated with a thirst for knowledge; enjoys learning and motivated to take all available training offered by Rexel or its manufacturing partners.
• Experience using inventory management systems, including AS400, is an asset.
