Job summary

Rexel Canada Atlantic, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is seeking an Inside/Counter Sales Associate in Moncton. You will quote new jobs, determine achievable specifications, and support Rexel Atlantic’s automation solutions.

You will work with the outside sales and technical teams to assist customers, promote Rexel Atlantic, and grow the company’s knowledge base. This role emphasizes building brand recognition and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years inside sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with quotations in a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices for order entry using AS400 and Ariba.
• Expedite quotations and follow up on customer requests.
• Promote Rexel Atlantic as an automation solutions provider with high technical expertise and customer service.
• Collaborate with outside sales and technical staff to support customers and grow knowledge base.
• Explore new customer opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, supporting sales initiatives and reflecting the corporate image.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become an integral part of our team in theMonctonlocation as an Inside/Counter Sales Associate.you will efficiently quote all new jobs that are out for tender, which will require the ability to determine if requested specifications are achievable and in line with our customer's requirements and for Rexel Atlantic.

• Prepare invoices for order entry through the internal computerized software – AS400 & Ariba.
• Expediting of quotations including follow-up of customer requests.
• Promotion of Rexel Atlantic as an automation solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
• Work closely with the outside sales and Technical personnel to support customers and grow the knowledge base.
• Responsible for exploring new customer opportunities.
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Who Are You

• 1–2 years inside sales experience.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office products
• You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
• You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude
• You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills
• You have prior quotations experience in a similar industry
