Sofina Foods Canada is seeking a Cost Analyst to support Operations Management with financial and analytical insight. The role ensures data integrity of plant reporting and collaborates with other Cost Analysts to standardize processes across locations.
The position involves preparing production cost reports, handling BOMs, and assisting with month-end tasks. A diploma in accounting/finance and 2–5 years of cost experience in manufacturing are required.
Reporting to the Controller, the Cost Analyst provides financial administrative and analytical support to Operations Management; while working closely with Business Performance. The incumbent ensures data integrity of the plant's operational and financial reporting in accordance with established corporate standards and requirements. In addition, the position works closely with other Cost Analysts to ensure that processes are consistent throughout each location.

7.30am - 4pm (Mon - Fri)
Hiring Range: CAD $57,936 - $77,344
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus up to 7.0% of base salary subject to the plan terms and conditions.
Please note that the expected hiring range provided is derived from a group of like roles within Sofina. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, skillset of the candidate and internal equity.
