POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY: New Directions Community Residential Facility, (CRF) provides residential support to adult male offenders who are conditionally released to the community. The CWII supports the mission of The Salvation Army through positive interactions with clients by fulfilling main reception duties.

The target hiring range for this position is $21.19 to $21.44 with a maximum of $21.69. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
