Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the operation of the Front Desk and provide support to the Correctional Worker.
  • To provide counselling to clients as required.
  • To provide referrals and support to clients in monitoring their release to the facility and the conditions of their release in compliance with the guidelines of the Salvation Army and the terms of release outlined by Correctional Services of Canada.
  • To provide oversight to the main reception office.
  • To monitor the daily activities of offenders.
  • To record all activities in the Daily Log and other client records.
  • To be familiar with emergency plans.
  • Perform other position related duties as required.
