Role:
The Corporate Tax Manager is a key member of the corporate team, overseeing the holding companies (top of the house) and the family office. This professional will work closely with the CFO and the corporate controller, not only to handle routine tax compliance but also to add value to various functions unique to the family holding structure. The professional should have a strong work ethic, be hands-on, detail-oriented, able to interact with various stakeholders, implement planning, build relationships with financial leaders of the operating divisions, think from the owners' perspective, maintain the integrity of the family holding structure, be flexible/adaptable to changing requirements, and possess curiosity and an adventurous mindset.
