Job summary

Bulk Barn is seeking a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in the daily operation of the store in Winnipeg. You will help coach staff, delegate tasks, and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are maintained while delivering excellent customer service.

Role involves cash handling at the POS, restocking, cleaning, and ensuring safety. Flexible part-time hours through mornings, days and evenings, including weekends.

• Unload deliveries (over 50 lbs.).
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
• Delegate tasks amongst employees
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal
• Clean store
• Restock store shelves
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
