Job summary

Bulk Barn New Westminster is seeking a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

You will coach and delegate tasks, handle cash transactions, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while upholding Bulk Barn standards. This part-time role offers flexibility for mornings, days and evenings, roughly 12–25 hours weekly, with MS Office skills a plus.

• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal
• Clean store
• Restock store shelves
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
• Delegate tasks amongst employees

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
