The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and attention to detail. Flexible hours include mornings, days, and evenings, with availability 12 to 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up to ensure tasks are executed timely
• Lead and assist workers in day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers to exceed expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS and Interact terminal
• Keep store clean and organized
• Restock shelves and unload deliveries (over 50 lbs)
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary

A Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
• Delegate tasks amongst employees
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal
• Clean store
• Restock store shelves
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
