Job summary

Bulk Barn is seeking a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations. You will coach staff, delegate tasks, and ensure Bulk Barn standards are upheld while assisting customers and maintaining a clean, safe store.

The role requires multitasking across duties, strong communication, and leadership. Flexible hours include mornings, days, and evenings, with 12–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure Bulk Barn standards are upheld.
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.

• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks.
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interac terminal.
• Clean store.
• Restock store shelves.
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.).
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times.
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
