Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a experienced Corporate Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a high-profile facility in North York, Ontario. You will lead a team, liaise with the client, and ensure a safe, secure environment while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, audits, and incident reporting. A background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Experience as Security Supervisor or Team Lead in corporate/commercial settings.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in report writing; MS Office experience.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours/week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of security professionals, ensuring adherence to site policies and performance standards.
• Act as the primary contact between the client and security team, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and security audits for compliance with safety requirements.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Prepare incident and daily activity reports and other required documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management of security personnel.
• Ensure security staff maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.
