Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor – Corporate for a high-profile facility in North York, Ontario. The role oversees security operations, leads a team, and ensures a safe environment. The position requires a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Experience as Security Supervisor or Team Lead in corporate settings.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Eligibility to work in Canada and pass background check.
• First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of security professionals, ensuring adherence to site policies and performance standards.
• Act as the primary contact between the client and security team, fostering strong relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and security audits for compliance with safety requirements.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and escalations promptly.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity reports.
